All domestic orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Florida via USPS Mail, unless specified during checkout. As you may know, standard shipping is free and we will send your gloves out within 3 days of purchase and they will arrive within 5 days (or sooner) of purchase. If you need faster shipping, we offer 3-day shipping for an extra $7. Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot guarantee shipping will follow this timeline perfectly.
International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail and generally take 10-15 business days to arrive.

Please provide as much info about your order details and issue (and pictures if you can) and we will direct you on how and where to return your gloves.
For size exchanges, product must be returned in its original condition to qualify for an exchange, with the customer paying for the return label. When the replacement glove is sent for the exchange, Deuce Golf will cover the shipping costs for replacing the item.
Deuce Premium will cover shipping costs or return labels only in cases where an order was incorrectly fulfilled, or a product has proven to be defective.
